the hardest times of my life.
this horse means the world to me and to see how agressive he can be hurts, i cant understand why he has this horrid side.
After my acciddent i started to believe it, when people said he’s crazy, needs putting down.
I wanted to sell him but deep down i was giving up on the one thing that keeps me going. LEWI.
Why the reares?
why the bucks?
why the bolting?

why cant we go back to the way it was?

people telling me i cant help him, he needs to go.
i have now turned him away for 5 months, i am going to the States for 2 months may0july and was going to do it anyway, but after my accident where he nearly broke my neck and nearly killed him self mum put him for sale. I had to fight to keep him for the 5 time in 10 months. The agreed to letting me turn him away untill after my trip and bring him back a month before my shows start.

THE ACCIDENT
i went for a ride up the mountain on my own with lewi like always and he was such a good boy. On the way home after about an hour and a half he started playing up so i took him for a canter up a nice path but he bolted down, in flat out gallop i lost both my stirups and couldnt hold on. I never felt as if i was falling but i new i had to let go because there was a cliff. Don’t get me wrong i LOVE him loads but i am 19 and didn’t want to die. When i let go i face planted into the ground and landed on my head twisting my neck around, i heard a pop and thought my neck had broken but then i looked up to see lewi go off the side. I forgot about the pain and worried about Lewi, i called the farmer to bring a gun to shoot him incase he had broken his legs or neck. I got up to go find him thinking i was going to find him hurt but he was at the bottom on his feet and looking up to me, so i made my way down and waited for my mum and friends to come help me. Once the pain had gone kind of, i got on and rode him home with my mum in the car behind and my friend walking with us.
Cant forgive my self for letting him go but it could of killed both of us if i hadnt.

i have never taken my horses to a dressage test or showjumping, they are only 3..4 now. Setting a horse free is not right, i live in the UK i would get locked up. hey dont sell him shes gorgeous with u and guess what i had a worst acciented i was runing to a jump to jump it and i fell face first then the horse trampalled over me then got spooked and ran on my arm i broke a rib crused my arm and cracked my hip but guess what! i haver to do to the hospital over like 7 to 11 months then i i got healed enoughto ride and see my horse so i did i rode him and she was happy to see me! i rode and he didnt buck dont sell him u love him more than u think ride him !

He is a boy lol. Dont let a video fool you, this horse is hard work. agressive and strong. Might only be 14.2hh but this breed are built like a tank lol. Yes i will keep him as long as i can, i may one day sell him and get a bigger horse.

Listen, That horse is one in a life time. So wat if people say he’s dangorus, Life is danguros, In life youve gotta take chances other wise wat it life for realy? He looks so darn Good for you Dont sell him! I have a horse like that, He get on my nervs, I get on try and i dont care wat people say i just do wat i think is right, Thats wat you should do mate. @TrotSlow, i had been riding him for a number of months, hacking, beach rides, jumping and up the mountain, he was fine to be ridden and his balance was fine, this was just one of them things and yes we are both very lucky to be alive. xx

For starters its illegal to ’set a horse free’. 2nd its down right cruel, he has never been a wild horse, would not have a clue as to why i have done that to him. 3rd. he is 3 years old, horses can live for 45 years, i have years left to work with him. Now this is only my opinion, but maybe you should…just like….let him go,let him be free, just let him be wild, you can’t turn around a horse that has emocional scars, he has wounds that cannot be healed, but if you let him go, he could start over, ok, he would probably forget you, but if you really love him and want him to be happy, then just let him go, just take him over to a wild countryside, and let him go free, if what you say is trueI’m sure he’d rather spend his days
