Me and my ex were together for a year and a half. We didn’t fight that often and were very good to each other. We now are broken up and when it first happened I did get mad and say things that I regret. I have apologized and have not really talked to her.
We work together once a week. When we interact it is always friendly and polite but later I hear that i annoyed her but can’t give a reason why. I have tried to ignore her but she initiates most of the conversations.
I am trying to get back together with her.
When she broke up with me she was under a lot of stress from school and work and mutual friend said it was a bad idea on her part and that I was the easiest thing to drop. I am willing to do anything I have to to win her back.
Please don’t tell me to move on. But what should I do. Its been 2 months she had a rebound that treated her like s*** that lasted for about 5 weeks and she gets upset when ever hes mentioned
I was in a similar situation except I broke up with my boyfriend because i was stressed out with school work and life in general. We hardly ever fought and i honestly loved him dearly. i still do. But i felt like it had to be done. it did relieve a lot of stress but every now and then when we make eye contact whenever we see each other around, i feel as if my heart sinks deeper. I dated him for a year and 2 months. it has been 7 months since and im over it, yet i still love him regardless.
how does this tie in to your question you’re probably asking? Well, you need to tell her how you feel and show her that you will not cause stress for her because she most definitely should still have feelings for you since you dated over a year and didnt break up on a bad note. Good luck!

let her fall back in love with you how she originally did, show her the NEW and improved version of what she originally fell in love with.
be patient, she is going to date others, you do not own her you let her go as soon as you broke up with her and she may be in a relationship already.
become her friend, girls love this.
if you had a relationship where you werent friends before going out, then try and be friends, if you were friends first then went out, show her the more passionate you. either way be patient, be cool, and dont pressure her just be the guy she can lean a shoulder on or maybe talk to.
